You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive to ensure they meet your expectations. If you need to return an item, please contact us within this 30-day period to start the process.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item. This step helps us track your return and ensures a smooth process.
3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. Make sure to include all original packaging and tags. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the RA instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
